Safety Policy ::

It is the
policy of
TCH
Transport (1991) co.,Ltd
to:

Conduct its business in a manner
that protects the safety of its
employees, others involved in
its operations, customers and
the public.

Make continuous efforts to
identify and eliminate or manage
the safety risks associated with
its activities.

Provide safety training to all
persons involved with its
operations and living in its
accommodations, stressing their
responsibility and
accountability for the safe
performance of their duties on
the job and encouraging safe
behaviors off the job.

Respond quickly and effectively
to any accident or emergency
resulting from its operations,
co-operating with any authorized
government or non-government
body.

Comply with all applicable laws
and regulations and apply
responsible standards where laws
and regulations do not exist.

Undertake appropriate reviews
and evaluations of its
operations to measure progress
and to ensure compliance with
this safety policy.
Health Policy ::
It is the
policy of

to:

Identify and examine the
health risks associated with
our operation that can
affect our employees or the
public.
-
Implement programs and
protective measures that are
considered appropriate to
control such risks.
-
Monitor the performance of
our programs and protective
measures to ensure they
remain appropriate methods
of controlling the risks.
-
Determine, at the time
employment is to commence,
the medical fitness of
employees to do their work
without undue risk to
themselves or others.
-
Require all employees to
periodically undergo a
medical examination, at the
company’s expense, from a
physician appointed by the
company and use the results
to help determine the
continued fitness of
employees to carry out their
duties.
-
Provide or arrange for
medical services necessary
for the treatment of
employee occupational
illness or injury sustained
at the workplace and for the
handling of medical
emergencies.
-
Comply with all applicable
laws and regulations and
apply responsible standards
where laws and regulations
do not exist.
-
Keep confidential all
medical information obtained
about employees except at
the request of the employee,
when required by law, when
there is an over-riding
public consideration, or,
when necessary to comply
with the company’s Alcohol &
Drug Abuse policy.

Undertake appropriate
reviews and evaluations of
our operations to ensure
compliance with this health
policy.
It is not the intention of this
policy to take away or replace
the responsibility of employees
for their own health care or to
interfere with the relationship
they have with their own
physician.
